About the event
3WF (3rd Wave Feminism) & The Notorious Nasty Womxn(NNWX) are honored to partner with the Angela King Foundation(AKF) to organize and host “The Right To Exist” National Protests at every capitol and major city across the United States on April 18, 2023. We are organizing a peaceful national protest to give voice to those who have been silenced.
We will gather on Tuesday at 9:00 local time to fight for our right to exist (March will start at 11 am local times). Our message is clear: everyone has the right to exist as they are, not as the majority of white cisgender men expect them to be.
By holding protests at every state capitol and major city to raise awareness and demand change for marginalized and oppressed people, we are battling the systemic injustices that have plagued our nation for centuries, and we will win! We have a Facebook group for the organization and a Slack channel to keep people informed and connected.
We refuse to be silent. We refuse to be ignored. We exist, and we will be heard.
We call on all individuals who believe in equality, equity, justice, and freedom to join us in this peaceful protest. We need the collective power of our voices to bring about real change in our society. We will not tolerate hate speech, violence, or discrimination. This march is about creating a safe and inclusive community for all people; it's about being able to exist in a world where everyone's unique identity is celebrated and respected. We are demanding that our government officials address the root causes of social inequality and discrimination and take action to ensure everyone will be treated with dignity and respect.
We also want to remind people that our struggle for justice and equality is not limited to one day of protest. It requires a sustained effort and commitment to creating a better world for all. We must continue to resist the forces of oppression and work together toward a more just and equitable society. Today, tomorrow, and every day, we will stand up for our right to exist. Join us, and let's create a better world together. Go to www.nnwx.org for more information.
